Saturday March 14th, Meet at the Bala Cynwyd SEPTA train station at 9:00am

Join local squad members Dave Kerwood and Bobby Graham for a guided ride to the Philadelphia Bike Expo from the Bala Cynwyd train station. The Bala Cynwyd train station is conveniently located at the top of the Cynwyd Heritage Trail, which we’ll connect to the Schuylkill River Trail (SRT) from. We’ll casually ride the SRT into the city, concluding the ride at the Expo.
After a brief history lesson we will promptly leave the station at 9:10am. It’s roughly 10 miles to the Expo, so plan accordingly with water/ snacks.
We will also stop at the Art Museum for our traditional group photo, and our second history lesson. We’ll then make a hot line into the Expo via the parkway and will begin bike nerd weekend. Expect a pace of 10-12 mph, all bikes/ tires welcome!
