Media registration information

Media Registration form: Click here to sign up

Credentials: Issued to media working on editorial assignment.
Advertising sales staff, public relations representatives and other non-editorial workers must purchase general admission tickets.
The maximum media credential allocation per publication is four.

Freelance journalists: Assignment letter required. This can be uploaded using the online form if registering prior to the event, otherwise a hard copy can be presented at onsite registration.

Credential pickup: All accredited journalists will receive an email letter with a credential offer. You may pick up your credentials at the pre-registration counter outside of Hall E.

Media Registration Closes: 5 p.m. Eastern Time, March 6th, 2025

Efficient Velo Tools, LLC has been working with Japanese manufacturer Minoura on a heavy duty portable repair stand that integrates EVT’s “Right Arm Clamp”. The “Field Unit” promises to offer the same precision and quality of the domestic work stands popular with many bike shop mechanics, but in a mobile format. EVT employs 6 full time employees in Washington state and offers a selective line of tools used and respected by top mechanics around the world who are motivated to work more efficiently and treat their client’s property with the utmost respect. – Minoura is an 80-year old family-run business in Gifu, Japan that makes trainers/rollers, tools and other bicycle accessories.

Crane Bell Co from Japan will be making their third trip to the Philly Bike Expo.
