Presented by Jessica Brousseau from Bikeroom.ca. Jessica will build a Velocity USA Blunt SS Comp wheelset for one lucky recipient of a scholarship from the Bicycle Coalition Youth Cycling Program. The wheelset she builds will be donated to the program and their efforts for getting more youth on bikes.
