Media Pass – Philly Bike Expo 2024

Credentials: Issued to media working on editorial assignment.
Advertising sales staff, public relations representatives and other non-editorial workers must purchase general admission tickets.
The maximum media credential allocation per publication is four.

Freelance journalists: Assignment letter required. This can be uploaded using the online form if registering prior to the event, otherwise a hard copy can be presented at onsite registration.

Credential pickup: All accredited journalists will receive an email letter with a credential offer. You may pick up your credentials at the pre-registration counter outside of Hall E.

Advance Media Registration Closes:  5 p.m. Eastern Time, March 15, 2024.
